We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Management Operations professional to join an experienced Talent Management team, supporting leading creators and digital channels.

This is a hands-on, administration-focused role involving client communication, talent records, workflow coordination, deadlines and day-to-day operational support. You'll work alongside YouTube and digital experts to help deliver an exceptional level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support creators with technical and channel-related issues using platform policies
• Stay up to date with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and wider creator trends
• Build strong client relationships through clear and responsive communication
• Provide feedback and recommendations to support client growth
• Conduct quarterly channel reviews
• Manage tasks, deadlines, records and workflows accurately
• Proactively communicate with clients and the wider team

• Experience in a client-facing role
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, reliable and resilient
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about digital content, creators and social media
• Experience in social media or working with creative talent is desirable but not essential
