Sales/Recruitment Administrator - Join Our Team at Knightwood Associates Sales/Recruitment Administrator - Join Our Team at Knightwood Associates Looking for a role where you're more than just a number? At Knightwood Associates, we're a small, close-knit team with a strong reputation in the construction recruitment market. We're busy, we're growing, and we're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Sales/Recruitment Administrator to join us and play an important part in what we do. We're not a huge corporate business where you'll get lost in the crowd. We work closely together, support one another and believe that having a good team around you makes all the difference. What's the role all about? You'll be working alongside our recruitment team, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are necessarily the same, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks, making this a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, keeping busy and helping others. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Maintaining candidate and client records. Updating our internal systems and databases. Formatting CVs and preparing documents. Posting job advertisements. Assisting with candidate registrations and onboarding. General office administration and supporting the team wherever needed. Who are we looking for? Someone who's organised, reliable and takes pride in getting things right. You'll need good attention to detail, a positive attitude and the confidence to manage a varied workload. Previous administration experience would be useful, but we're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to become part of the team. Why Knightwood Associates? We're an established name in construction recruitment, with a loyal client base and a reputation we're proud of. But we also know that a business is only as good as its people. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team where your contribution genuinely matters, where you can build your skills and where there's room to grow as the business continues to develop. If you're looking for a fresh opportunity, enjoy being part of a team and want to work somewhere that values the people behind the job titles, we'd love to hear from you. Interested?
