Main duties:

- Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to the individual’s preferences and care plan

- Assist with personal care and daily living activities — promoting dignity, privacy and independence

- Support mobility and day-to-day activities

- Prepare meals and assist with agreed household tasks

- Observe and report any changes in wellbeing

- Offer companionship and emotional support

- Follow care plan and maintain strict confidentiality

What we’re looking for:

- Kind, patient and reliable

- Experience in care preferred but not essential — right attitude matters most

- Good communication skills

- Willingness to learn
