Care Worker – Hayes. Direct Employer

We are seeking a caring, reliable and respectful Care Worker to provide person-centred support to an individual in their home. The role focuses on promoting dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing, while supporting the individual to live as they wish.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to the individual’s preferences and care plan.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities while promoting dignity, privacy and independence.
• Support mobility and day-to-day activities, encouraging choice and participation wherever possible.
• Prepare meals and assist with agreed household tasks.
• Observe and report any changes in wellbeing or support needs appropriately.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while respecting personal boundaries.
• Follow the individual’s care and support plan and contribute to consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the individual’s rights, dignity and independence.
• Complete accurate care records where required.

Requirements

• Previous care experience is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable, patient and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Commitment to inclusive, respectful and person-centred care.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to complete required checks and provide references.
