Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Customer Service Receptionist based in Exeter.

This position would be a dream fit for somebody who loves delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment! This is a temporary role, but could be a permanent role for the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting & greeting customers
• Answering inbound calls
• General administration to assist the workshop
• Update and maintain database
• Process invoices

Personal Requirements:

• IT literate and willing to learn an inhouse system
• Excellent telephone manner
• Must be pro-active with a strong customer service/reception background is essential
• Experience of automotive industry (or similar) would be an advantage

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800

Salary: Negotiable, Depending on experience.
