We are an accident repair centre looking for a new member to join our customer service team.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. The position requires someone who has a great telephone manner and is confident talking to customers & work providers, and can provide them with accurate information.

We are looking for:

• Someone with previous experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role (motor trade would be a bonus)
• A calm, friendly & patient manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills and comfortable using software to book jobs in, keeping records & creating invoices
• A team player who can help support our other departments
• A full UK licence is desirable

Key tasks are:

• Setting up new jobs on our job costing system with accurate information
• Answering calls from customers & work providers
• Updating customers & work providers by phone and email
• Updating the jobs to record communications
• Taking card payments
• Recording vehicles as they come on site
• Handing over courtesy cars

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday. There is no weekend work required.
