Sales Administrator - (Temporary for around 6 months initially)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Core Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30am-3:00pm | Friday 9:30am-1:00pm (flexibility around core hours to complete contracted hours)

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a growing business in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual who enjoys building strong client relationships and taking ownership of their own customer accounts. Working within a busy sales support function, you'll be responsible for managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience at every stage.

You'll act as the key point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of customers, handling order processing, quotations, delivery enquiries and general account support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's in-house CRM system
• Manage and maintain customer purchase order information
• Take ownership of a designated group of customer accounts, building strong working relationships
• Prepare and issue customer quotations, following up where required
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Proactively investigate and chase outstanding or delayed deliveries
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system accordingly
• Deliver a high level of customer service while managing multiple priorities

About You:

• Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Processing or Account Coordination role
• Confident communicating with customers and managing customer expectations
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience processing orders and handling customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
