This is a standout opportunity for an experienced strategy and insights leader to join a high-growth boutique consultancy at a pivotal stage of its journey. You'll work directly with founders, lead strategic client engagements for global technology brands, and play a key role in shaping both client outcomes and the future direction of the business.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you will lead complex consulting engagements, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end research, insight and strategy projects for global B2B technology clients.
• Designing research methodologies and strategic frameworks to address complex commercial challenges.
• Overseeing qualitative research programmes, including senior stakeholder and customer interviews.
• Translating research findings into clear strategic recommendations and business actions.
• Managing project delivery, budgets, profitability and resource allocation.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and leading presentations, workshops and discussions.
• Managing, coaching and developing Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Maintaining quality standards across project deliverables and client engagements.
• Supporting business development through proposal writing, opportunity scoping and account growth.
• Working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth plans.
• Contributing to the development and adoption of AI-enabled consulting tools, products and workflows.
• Playing a highly visible role within a collaborative, entrepreneurial consulting environment.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience within strategy consulting, market research, insights or brand strategy environments.
• Deep expertise working with B2B technology clients and markets.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end research and strategy programmes.
• Strong qualitative research, analytical and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Strong project leadership skills, including oversight of budgets, timelines and delivery quality.
• Experience coaching and developing consulting teams.
• Ability to translate complex insight into commercially focused strategic recommendations.
• Genuine interest in technology, AI and emerging industry trends.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business environment.
