Finance Assistant (£35,000-£40,000) | Central London | Office-Based

We're recruiting a Finance Assistant to join a growing international business based in Central London.

This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience, a background in expense management, and the emotional intelligence to build effective relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and supplier invoice processing
• Staff expenses, company credit cards and cash advances
• Bank reconciliations and journal postings
• Sales invoicing and bookkeeping
• Supporting VAT returns and audit requests

We're looking for:

• 2+ years' finance experience
• Strong bookkeeping fundamentals
• Proven expense management experience
• Experience with reconciliations and journals
• Good Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
