Management Accountant | Farnborough | £45,000-£50,000 + Bonus & Benefits

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing international business based in Farnborough. Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial reporting, lead a small finance team, and help drive process improvements across the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support audits, tax reporting and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and improve ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Lead and develop a small finance team, overseeing AP, AR, Payroll and Stockroom functions.
• Drive process improvements and support business performance reporting.

About You

• Degree qualified and/or studying a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' finance/accounting experience.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with excellent analytical ability.
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.

Desirable

• SAP or other ERP/MRP system experience.
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution or stock-controlled environments.
