Business Lecturer

• Hourly Rate: £30 to £40, inclusive of holiday pay

• Job Type: Part-time

We are seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to join our client's educational team in West London. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching across various levels, including BTEC L1, L2, and L3, as well as providing study skills support and AAT tutorials.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach 16 hours per week for BTEC Levels 1 and 2.
• Conduct 4 hours of teaching per week for BTEC Level 3.
• Provide 2 hours of study skills sessions for Level 3 Access students.
• Lead 1 hour per week of AAT tutorial.
• Engage with students to facilitate and enhance their learning experience, ensuring they achieve their potential.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials, assess student work, and provide feedback.
• Maintain records of student progress and attendance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience in business studies or a related field.
• A teaching qualification is ideal but not mandatory.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
