Sports Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated Sports Lecturer to deliver BTEC Sports courses across levels 1 to 3. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sports education and a background in lecturing, ready to inspire and educate the next generation of sports professionals.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures on BTEC Sports at levels 1 to 3.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lecturing within the field of sports.
• A teaching qualification is ideal but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BTEC Sports curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a dynamic learning environment.
