As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be:
- Completing asbestos surveys within social housing properties
- Preparing reports and relevant paperwork
- Following current legislation, standards and guidance
- Keeping records and inspection details accurate
We’d love to speak to candidates who have:
- P402 qualification
- Previous surveying experience from 1year+
- Social housing background
The Asbestos Surveyor package includes:
- Hybrid working
- Permanent position
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Salary: £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience Location & travel:Based across the Midlands, with regional travel required. The position combines site attendance with home-based duties where suitable.
