Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: £21,000 Basic Salary – OTE £50,000 (Uncapped Commission)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm, with a day off during the week. Every Saturday 9am – 5pm. 5-day working week.

Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a well-established, multi-award-winning Main Dealer Group in Nuneaton who are looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their successful Sales team.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, building strong relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Our client believes in a customer-focused approach rather than high-pressure sales techniques, ensuring customers receive honest advice and professional service throughout their purchase.

Responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.
• Welcome customers, establish rapport and understand their requirements.
• Provide professional advice on vehicles, features and finance options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work towards individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete sales administration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Car Sales Executive experience within a dealership environment is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A confident, enthusiastic and professional approach to sales.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• A motivated, target-driven attitude with a desire to succeed.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in cars and automotive technology.
• Good computer skills.
• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
