Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

About the Company:

A rapidly growing and ambitious financial planning business based in Leamington Spa is looking to recruit experienced IFA Administrators to support its expanding team of Financial Advisers.

The business is experiencing significant growth and is continuing to expand its team, creating an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join at an important stage of the company's development.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit, ambitious and supportive team where there is a genuine focus on developing people and creating clear career paths. As the business continues to grow, there will be excellent opportunities for individuals who are keen to progress their careers within financial services.

The company also places a strong emphasis on team culture, with regular quarterly team days and away days, as well as an annual company trip.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
• Preparing financial illustrations and pension illustrations
• Assisting with cash flow planning and related administration
• Supporting pension transfer work
• Conducting research to support advisers and client recommendations
• Liaising with clients, providers and third parties where required
• Supporting advisers with the preparation and processing of client work
• Managing and progressing cases through to completion
• Working collaboratively with the wider administration team to provide an efficient service to advisers and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Around 2 years’ experience within a financial services administration role
• Good understanding of financial planning administration
• Experience with pension administration and illustrations
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business
• Strong team player with a positive and ambitious attitude

Desirable Skills:

• Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Knowledge of cash flow planning
• Experience with pension transfer administration
