About the Company:

Our client is a growing financial planning business with an established client base of approximately 300 clients and a close-knit team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrator to provide support to the advisers and wider team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build a long-term career within financial services. The business places a strong emphasis on development and progression and is willing to support the right individual with professional qualifications and exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the advisers and wider team
• Assisting with the preparation and processing of client documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records and information
• Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing
• Liaising with clients and providers where required
• Assisting with general office and financial planning administration
• Using Salesforce and relevant SJP systems
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timescales
• Supporting the team during a period of continued business growth

Desirable Skills:
