A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join their team in Waltham Abbey. Your new role
Working closely with the Sales Manager and external sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales administration activities. Responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing administrative support to the external sales team.
• Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Providing pricing information and assisting with order management.
• Conducting outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Following up on sales enquiries and marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining accurate customer, product and pricing information.
• Coordinating delivery updates and resolving customer service queries.
• Supporting invoicing, credit notes and payment enquiries alongside internal teams.
• Analysing customer activity and identifying opportunities to encourage repeat business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a sales administration, customer service or sales support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
• Experience within a B2B environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

What you'll get in return

• Salary of £32,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
• Immediate start available.
• Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
