Receptionist

Location: Norwich

Salary: £13PH

Hours: 8.30-5.30pm

Contract: 26th October – 1 week

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our client. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
• Maintaining meeting room bookings and office schedules
• Supporting administration tasks, including data entry and filing
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and presentable
• Assisting colleagues with general office duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous reception, customer service, or administration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
• A professional and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently
