Location: Norwich

Contract: Temporary (3 Months) office based until trained then hybrid 1-2 days at home after training

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 37 hours 8.30-4.30pm

We are currently recruiting Call Handlers to join a busy and friendly team on an initial 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy speaking with people and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to customers and service users

Booking appointments and updating schedules

Accurately recording information on internal systems

Managing call volumes professionally and efficiently

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Ensuring all records are kept up to date

About You

Confident and professional telephone manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous call handling, customer service or appointment booking experience would be advantageous

Reliable and able to start at short notice
