This IT Support role in London is all about keeping things running smoothly in the Financial Services industry. You'll be the go-to person for solving technical issues and ensuring the technology systems are working efficiently.

Description

• Own incidents and service requests through to successful resolution
• Provide advanced remote and onsite support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoint management platforms such as Intune and SCCM
• Support video conferencing and collaboration technologies
• Perform structured troubleshooting using logs, event viewers, and device management tools
• Manage escalations while maintaining ownership through to completion
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and operational documentation
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user access and device provisioning
• Communicate technical updates clearly to end users and stakeholders

Profile

A successful IT Support should have:

• Experience delivering Level 2 technical support
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and iOS support
• Proven Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, device compliance, and application deployment
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
• Strong ticket management, prioritisation, and documentation skills
• Understanding of SLA-driven support environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or VIP users is advantageous
• Knowledge of Jamf for macOS management is beneficial
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts including SSO and MFA
• Exposure to security technologies such as Zscaler and CrowdStrike
• ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience preferred
• Experience creating knowledge documentation and reducing recurring issues

Job Offer

• Daily rate of £200 outside IR35.
