Robert Half are recruiting for a Qualified Finance Manager/Controller to work for a Property company based in Central London.

Reporting to the Finance Director this role will suit someone that is looking to take that next step into a Finance Manager/Controller position. Managing 2 people this role will involve:

• Ownership of the financial management
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and year end financial statements
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reporting and variance analysis.
• Review Licence Agreements, MOAs (Managed Occupier Agreements), OOAs (Office Occupation Agreements) and other contractual documentation
• Oversee the monthly and quarterly billing process
• Oversight of Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations
• Quarterly VAT returns

Details:

• 5 days in the office
• Must be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA equivilant
• Property experience is essential
