Are you an organised administrator with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail? We are recruiting for a temporary opportunity within a busy University Student Data Team, supporting a key student records project.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within Higher Education while helping to ensure student information is accurately maintained and updated.

• £14.30 per hour plus holiday pay
• 35 hours per week
• Initial 4-week assignment with potential for extension
• Immediate start available
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• One day per week hybrid working after training
• Overtime opportunities available
• Potential weekend working paid at overtime rates

The Role

• Updating and maintaining student records on the university's records system
• Processing, checking and entering student data accurately
• Managing enquiries through the enquiry management system
• Ensuring data quality and resolving data discrepancies
• Supporting the wider Student Data Team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with project-related activities and backlog reduction
