New Homes Sales Executive

• Annual Salary: £34,869 - £43,586 plus up to 35% commission
• Location: Cambridge area, covering Marleigh Park, Springstead Village, Attleborough, and upcoming sites in surrounding areas
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (36 hours per week, including weekends with days off in lieu)

My client an established Housing Association are looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to join their Cambridge team and play a pivotal role in driving success across their residential developments. They are seeking a confident and motivated New Homes Sales Executive to manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Serve as the primary contact for buyers, guiding them through their purchasing journey.
• Promote our homes and services, including those offered by our partner mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Achieve high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes.
• Negotiate sales to secure the best outcomes for the business while consistently delivering high levels of customer service.
• Work closely with external partners such as solicitors, agents, and financial advisers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property sales, with a strong understanding of Shared Ownership.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional and personable approach, capable of building strong relationships.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in working with external partners and stakeholders.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
