New Homes Sales Executive

• Salary: £34,869 (OTE £50,000)

Reed are delighted to be working with an amazing company who are seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to manage sales activities from start to finish across various housing tenures, including private sales, shared ownership and government schemes like Help to Buy and First Homes. This role is crucial in enhancing their brand's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and execute the sale of all available plots and services offered by our panel mortgage brokers and solicitors, ensuring the best outcomes for the business.
• Set clear objectives for each sales interaction, tailor presentations to customer needs and gather essential information to gauge customer interest.
• Provide high-quality service to customers, handle complex queries and resolve issues promptly, keeping customers well-informed throughout their purchase journey.
• Develop and maintain a customer contact plan to announce product launches and engage customers in sales campaigns.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in the CRM system, ensuring the organisation has quality data for customer retention and business development.
• Collect and analyse market data to support marketing and sales strategies, keeping a database of market intelligence and competitor activity.
• Prepare documents for the reservation process and ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property sales and marketing, particularly with Shared Ownership and Help to Buy schemes.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales sites and represent the company professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to travel within the region and work during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in using sales-related systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Personal integrity, credibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
