As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts.  Responsibilities of the Role: Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleagues Provide quotations for parts for internal and external customers Identifying and supplying the correct parts accurately Provide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare parts Processing orders and managing deliveries Maintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checks Liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supply Actively advise on parts promotions Requirements of Role: Previous experience working within a Parts Department or within a Parts related role Industry knowledge of the Construction Machinery, Plant Machinery, Crane, HGV, Commercial Vehicle, or Automotive  sector is desirable  Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferably IT literate   If you are someone that fits the above requirements and would like to find out more information about this opportunity, please contact Zoe Mansfield at the Elite Consultancy Network on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
