At Fortrade, you'll join as a Business Development Executive, working with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in our services.

You'll build professional relationships, understand client needs, introduce clients to our platform and products, and identify opportunities to develop those relationships.

This is not cold calling - You will be speaking with people who have already registered and shown an interest in our services.

Key responsibilities:

• Speaking with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in Fortrade
• Building and developing professional client relationships
• Understanding client needs and communicating our platform and services clearly
• Supporting clients through the account-opening process
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Receiving ongoing coaching and developing communication and product knowledge

What we're looking for

You don't need a finance degree or previous financial markets experience.

We're looking for people who are:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, customer service, retail, hospitality or financial services is welcome.

Successful candidates from the initial interview stage will be invited to our one-week fully paid training programme.

You'll learn about the platform, products, communication and compliance while demonstrating your suitability for the role.

Training is part of the selection process, followed by a Final Interview.

Successful candidates will then join the team.
