HR Generalist Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist Administrator to work on behalf of our client, a professional HR Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The Role

• 37.5 hours per week
• 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
• Onsite
• Pay rate: up to £30,000pa, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the HR team with a variety of administrative duties
• Managing and responding to multiple HR inboxes
• Forwarding and escalating HR queries where appropriate
• Accurately inputting employee data onto HR system
• Updating and maintaining HR-related Excel spreadsheets
• Assisting with general HR administration tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ previous HR experience
• Confident using Excel spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Patient, professional, and approachable manner
