Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be partnering with a global business based in the South of England to recruit an Interim Group Financial Controller for a period of 6 months. This is a full-time interim job offering remote working. Experience within the Manufacturing or FMCG industries is essential.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will support during a period of change, growth and development whilst maintaining and operating the smooth running of the company’s finances and control processes. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the global finance team
• Developing team capability and ensuring effective delivery across the group
• Preparation of monthly board packs
• Review and ensure accuracy of entity budgets and forecasts
• Treasury management including cashflow reconciliation, analysis, and forecasting
• Group variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Ad-hoc commercial and financial analysis as required
• Bank reporting
• Pricing analysis
• Review and ensure accuracy of entity management accounts and control files
• Consolidation of monthly group management accounts and presentation to senior management
• Design and implementation of standardised group processes
• Co-ordination of the group audit

The successful candidate will be a professional Interim with a portfolio of successfully completed interim contracts. It is essential that you are a Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA and experience of working within either Manufacturing or FMCG industries in a Group setting within Financial Controls. You will need to have worked specifically on Cost management projects and be available at short notice. This is a remote working interim job opportunity.
