A growing financial services business is seeking an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Assistant to support clients, manage enquiries, generate leads, and assist with business development and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage inbound client calls and emails
• Update and maintain CRM records
• Support client onboarding and ongoing service
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Prepare sales reports and presentations
• Assist with pipeline management and sales targets
• General administration You;

• Experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused
