Administrator - Damp, Mould and Disrepair Team Contract: Temporary / Interim (until 31st March 2027) Rate: 18-22 per hour We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy Damp, Mould, and Disrepair team. The role will include: * Managing case records and customer communications. * Supporting compliance with Awaab's Law requirements. * Assisting with the management of disrepair claims and legal casework. * Coordinating actions across teams and contractors. * Supporting the development of a more automated and digitally enabled service. * Experience using excel, housing management, CRM and case management systems. * Strong data management and reporting skills. * Experience coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment. Experience of delivering or supporting Awaab's Law compliance within a housing environment is essential
