What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to placement
• Developing and growing the Industrial recruitment market across Sussex
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting face-to-face client meetings across the region
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity and networking
• Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working closely with colleagues across Reed to maximise opportunities within the wider Sussex market
