REED FE are seeking an experienced Childcare Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This position involves teaching Levels 1-3 to both adult and young learners.

Childcare Lecturer

• Hourly Rate: £25-£35ph
• Location: East London
• Job Type: Temporary (28.8 hours per week, Tue-Fri), with potential to go permanent

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions for Levels 1-3 childcare courses.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through both formal and informal assessments.
• Provide support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Travel between multiple sites to deliver sessions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold an IQA qualification.
• Proven experience as a Childcare Lecturer teaching Levels 1-3.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and teach at different locations.
