Our client, a fast-growing electric vehicle charging business based in Salford, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation operating within the rapidly growing EV sector, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive outstanding service at every stage of their journey. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, helping to build trust and maintain the company's excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer interactions
• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Respond promptly to customer emails and online enquiries
• Take ownership of customer requests and see them through to resolution
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact
• Liaise with internal teams and sales managers to resolve queries and support orders
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently assist customers
• Support team objectives and contribute towards improving Trustpilot and Google Review ratings
• Accurately update customer records and internal systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
• Consistently work towards agreed service levels, KPIs and quality standards

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous customer service, call handling or office administration experience
• Is confident communicating over the phone and via email
• Has strong problem-solving skills and enjoys helping customers
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Is professional, personable and highly organised
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
• Is proactive, enthusiastic and motivated to achieve targets
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
• Has good IT skills and is comfortable using computer systems
