Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, 38 hours per week

About the HR Administrator Role

As an HR Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support across a range of HR processes, ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially. You will work closely with colleagues and managers, providing a professional and efficient HR administration service.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who has:

• Previous experience working in an HR Administrator or similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR administration processes
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A professional, proactive and reliable approach

Key Responsibilities

The successful HR Administrator may be responsible for:

• Providing day-to-day HR administrative support
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with HR processes and procedures
• Supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries
• Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
• Ensuring information is recorded accurately and confidentially
