Private Family Solicitor

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE

Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid (Up to 2 Days Working from Home)

The Role

Your responsibilities will include managing a varied caseload of private family matters, such as:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation and property disputes
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility matters
• Domestic abuse applications
• Drafting court documents, witness statements, consent orders and settlement agreements
• Preparing pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Representing clients at court hearings where appropriate
• Providing practical, empathetic and commercially focused legal advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the Family team

Who we are looking for

• Qualified Solicitor between 1 and 3 years' PQE in Private Family Law
• Experience managing privately funded family matters
• Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills
• Confident managing client relationships and progressing matters efficiently
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• An ambition to continue developing your technical expertise and career within a supportive environment
