The Role

• Manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload
• Wills & estate planning
• Probate & estate administration
• Trusts & trust administration
• Inheritance Tax & tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Wealth preservation & succession planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Advise HNW individuals, families, business owners and agricultural clients

What You’ll Need

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Ideally 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Experience with wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
• Strong client care and communication skills
• STEP qualification is advantageous, but not essential
• Ambition to progress within a leading regional law firm
