The Role

• Manage a varied non-contentious Private Client caseload
• Wills & estate planning
• Probate & estate administration
• Inheritance Tax & tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Wealth preservation & succession planning
• Advise HNW individuals, families, business owners and agricultural clients

• Large, well-established Private Client / Private Wealth team
• Excellent legal assistant and paralegal support

What You’ll Need

• To be a newly qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Private Client experience
• Experience with wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ambition to progress within a leading regional law firm
