Accomplish Today is recruiting for an established payroll and contractor services provider. This opportunity suits a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant who understands the contract recruitment market and enjoys developing agency relationships.

You will win new recruitment agency clients and grow an established account base, introducing payroll and contractor solutions that support their business. Alongside proactive business development, you will progress warm enquiries, referrals and introductions.

The opportunity

• OTE of £65,000.

What you will do

• Identify and win new business within the recruitment agency market.
• Build relationships with agency owners, directors and recruitment consultants.
• Understand clients’ contract recruitment activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop existing accounts through regular contact, upselling and cross-selling.
• Convert enquiries and referrals into revenue-generating relationships.
• Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records and follow opportunities through to completion.
• Deliver against agreed sales and account growth targets.

What you will bring

You will have experience in contract recruitment, with evidence of winning clients, developing accounts and delivering commercial results.

You may currently be a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Account Manager or Business Development Consultant.

Confident on the telephone and comfortable speaking with decision-makers, you will know how to uncover requirements, handle objections and secure business. You will combine a proactive approach to sales with the organisation and follow-through needed to retain and grow accounts.
