HR Manager - Youll get involved in: * Complex employee relations & HR business partnering * Recruitment, talent & workforce planning * Performance, development & succession * Employee engagement, reward & retention * UK employment law & HR governance * HR analytics, reporting & workforce insights * HR technology, Power BI & AI-enabled solutions * Leadership coaching & organisational development * Leading and developing our HR team in the Philippines HR Manager - Were looking for someone who: * Has strong HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist experience * Has excellent UK employment law & ER knowledge * Is confident coaching and challenging managers * Understands the realities of a multi-site, operational workforce * Uses data to make better people decisions * Thinks commercially and acts pragmatically * Is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment CIPD Level 5 is essential (or equivalent experience). Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property, Construction, Logistics or another operational environment would be a big plus. HR Manager - Why join us?
