Description

As an Audit Senior, you will work closely with Audit Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit assignments and support junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
• Identify and communicate potential areas of improvement for clients' financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of audit findings and present them to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry changes and ensure best practices are followed.

Profile

A successful Audit Senior should have:

• Current ACA or ACCA studies, ideally part-qualified.
• Around 3+ years' experience within an accountancy practice environment.
• At least 2 years' audit experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and accounts preparation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous professional development.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
