The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Credit Controller to join a busy and established business based in Wednesbury on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit control professional who is looking for part-time hours and can make an immediate impact within a fast-paced finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone and email
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Resolving payment queries efficiently
• Allocating incoming payments
• Producing aged debt reports
• Maintaining accurate customer account records
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure timely debt recovery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control position
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confidence working with finance systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and professional approach to debt collection
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
