Legal PA - Property

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000-£34,000
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home
Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Property team of a leading international law firm in Birmingham.

The Role

• Diary and meeting management

• Organising UK and international travel

• Managing emails, calls and correspondence

• Preparing and formatting documents

• Drafting letters, emails and other correspondence

• Supporting client events and team initiatives

• Building strong internal and external relationships

• Proactively managing workloads and priorities

About You

You'll be an experienced Legal PA with excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.

Property experience is advantageous but not essential - strong Legal PAs from other practice areas are encouraged to apply.
