Are you an experienced administrator looking to start work immediately? We're recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Leatherhead on an initial one-month temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person.

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of a company fleet, ensuring records are accurate, compliance is maintained, and vehicles remain operational.

Duties will include:

• Maintaining fleet and vehicle records
• Booking vehicle services, MOTs, inspections and repairs
• Monitoring compliance documentation and renewal dates
• Liaising with drivers, suppliers and external contractors
• Processing fleet-related paperwork and invoices
• Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A professional and proactive approach
• Availability to start immediately

Essential Requirements:

• A valid Enhanced DBS Check
• Ability to work on-site in Leatherhead
