iFindTech is a Nordic specialist technology recruitment firm in Brentwood, 16 years in the market. We place software, AI, cloud, data and cyber security engineers with companies across Norway, Sweden, the UK and Europe, and we run a dedicated AI engineering brand, iFindTech AI. We are hiring one Senior Recruitment Consultant.

What you will do

• Own and grow a 360 desk in a specialism you choose with the directors
• Win new clients and deepen existing accounts in Oslo, Stockholm and beyond
• Deliver on permanent and contract roles, including retained search
• Source passive talent through an AI powered CRM of 25,000 plus engineers, LinkedIn Recruiter and Lusha
• Travel to the Nordics to meet clients in person
• Mentor junior consultants as the team grows, if that suits you

What we are looking for

• Three years or more in recruitment with a consistent billing record
• Proven business development, with clients you have won yourself
• Technology recruitment experience is an advantage, though strong billers from other sectors will be considered
• No Nordic language needed, our clients work in English
