Talent Chief are working with an established specialist technical recruitment business looking to add experienced Recruitment Consultants to their team in Bristol.

The business recruits across Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology and Energy, working with clients across the UK and international markets on a range of specialist and senior-level appointments.

You'll be joining a growing, independent recruitment business built around giving good recruiters the platform, tools and earning potential to perform.

The role

You'll own a specialist technical recruitment market, building relationships with clients and candidates across the UK and internationally.

This is a 360 recruitment role, with a strong focus on business development, account growth and personal billing. The company has a dedicated Business Development Manager who wins roles regularly, so this will be far from a cold start.

You'll be responsible for:

• Winning and developing new client relationships
• Growing existing accounts
• Building your own specialist market and network
• Taking and qualifying vacancies
• Sourcing, headhunting and interviewing candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
• Negotiating terms and closing deals
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Taking ownership of your own revenue and performance

Depending on your experience and existing network, there are opportunities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology and Energy, with the business recruiting across permanent, contract and temporary markets.

Who are we looking for?

We're interested in speaking with recruiters who enjoy the commercial side of recruitment and want the opportunity to build something for themselves.

Technical recruitment experience would be beneficial, but the most important thing is a track record of recruitment success and the drive to develop your market.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Strong business development ability
• Confidence in winning and developing new clients
• A commercial mindset
• Strong candidate management and headhunting skills
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your desk
• Ambition to increase your billings and earnings
• A positive and resilient approach

Experience recruiting within Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech or Energy would be a strong advantage, particularly if you already have relationships within your market.
