Fabric Technician – Moorgate / Central London – Up to £40k Package – Mon to Fri, 35-Hour Week Excellent client direct opportunity for an experienced Fabric Technician to join an established estates team in Central London. Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, you’ll carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a large commercial estate. What You'll Be Doing * Planned and reactive fabric maintenance * Carpentry, joinery and general building repairs * Painting, decorating and making good * Repairs to doors, locks, fixtures and fittings * Minor plumbing works * Supporting the wider M&E and estates team * Completing maintenance records and reporting defects What We're Looking For * Minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade * Strong fabric or general building maintenance experience * Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing or similar background * Commercial maintenance experience desirable * Good practical repair and maintenance skills * Must be able to pass SC Clearance What's In It For You * £33,390 basic salary * 10% yearly bonus * 8% flexible benefits allowance worth approximately £2,600 per year, which can be taken as additional cash * Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm * 35-hour working week * 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Excellent pension package * Private healthcare * Life assurance * Season ticket loan * Excellent training and long-term client direct progression
