In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a busy commercial property in the heart of Moorgate. Fabric Engineer Key Responsibilities * Carry out painting and decorating across landlord areas * Undertake minor carpentry and general building fabric repairs * Repair, maintain, and replace doors and associated fixtures * Complete general maintenance tasks across commercial areas Fabric Engineer Requirements * Previous experience in a Fabric Technician / Handyman / Building Maintenance role * Strong skills in painting, decorating, and basic carpentry * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive, can-do attitude * Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer * £40,000 per annum * Bundles of overtime available * Opportunities for progression * 25 days annual leave
