Telemarketing Executive (Remote - Part-Time & Flexible Hours)

£28,000 Pro Rata | Fully Remote | 4 Hours Per Day | Flexible Working Hours

We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, founder-led technology business that is transforming how organisations manage their frontline workforce. If you enjoy outbound calling, want genuine flexibility around your personal life, and are looking for a role where your activity directly contributes to business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Company

A fast-growing UK technology business operating in the workforce and operations technology sector.

Led by a highly experienced leadership team with a proven track record of building and scaling successful HR technology businesses, the company develops innovative solutions that help organisations improve workforce visibility, attendance management, employee safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

Their platform combines software, AI-powered automation and workplace technology to help organisations gain real-time visibility of their people and operations. Rather than relying on spreadsheets, manual processes or disconnected systems, customers can access accurate workforce data, streamline processes and improve decision-making across their business.

Their customers typically operate large frontline, deskless or operational workforces across sectors including:

  • Facilities Management
  • Healthcare & Care
  • Logistics & Warehousing
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Manufacturing
  • Field Services

The business is currently investing heavily in its commercial function and is building a modern go-to-market operation to support its continued growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a hard sales role.

You won't be expected to sell products, run demos or close deals.

Instead, you'll play a critical role in helping the business identify potential opportunities by speaking with prospective customers, gathering key information and maintaining accurate data within the CRM system.

You will be the first point of contact with the market, helping ensure the sales team are focusing their efforts on the most relevant organisations at the right time.

The role is designed for someone who enjoys structured outbound activity, takes pride in maintaining accurate information and is confident speaking with decision-makers over the phone.

Why This Role Could Be Perfect for You
  • Fully remote working
  • Part-time hours available (4 hours per day)
  • Flexible working patterns around school runs, appointments, caring responsibilities or other commitments
  • Work can be completed at times that suit you, provided they fall within normal UK business hours
  • No sales target pressure
  • Focus on quality conversations and data accuracy
  • Join a growing SaaS technology company with exciting growth plans

This could suit someone who has worked in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation or contact centre environments and wants more flexibility without stepping away from a professional business environment.

What You'll Be DoingOutbound Calling
  • Calling businesses from pre-prepared target lists
  • Speaking with decision-makers across HR, Operations, Finance and leadership teams
  • Verifying and updating business information
  • Understanding who is responsible for workforce and people-related decisions
  • Following agreed call guides and messaging
Data & CRM Management
  • Updating records accurately within the CRM system
  • Verifying contact details, job titles and business information
  • Recording call outcomes and key insights
  • Identifying outdated or incorrect data
Opportunity Identification
  • Recognising buying signals
  • Spotting businesses that may benefit from the company's solutions
  • Identifying renewal dates, growth plans or challenges with existing providers
  • Passing relevant opportunities to the SDR team for further qualification
Team Collaboration
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and SDR teams
  • Sharing market feedback and customer insights
  • Helping improve data quality and campaign effectiveness

Instead, you'll be recognised for:

  • Consistent outbound activity
  • Positive conversations with decision-makers
  • High-quality CRM data
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Identifying genuine opportunities
  • Supporting the wider commercial team with valuable market intelligence
