We are looking for an experienced Female Live-in Complex Care Support Worker to support a client in their own home in Epsom, Surrey.

• Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience.
• Previous complex-care experience is essential.
• Experience with medication and INR monitoring.
• Understanding of Tamil/Kerala/Malayali culture and care preferences.
• Calm, reliable, organised, observant and compassionate.
• Confident following clinical guidance and escalation procedures.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Able to travel reliably to the placement.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

• LVAD or heart-failure experience.
• Tamil-speaking ability.
• Experience with anticoagulation/INR, diabetes, neurological conditions or visual impairment.

Monday 07:00 – Friday 21:00
