A leading higher education organisation is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies and employment law
• Support investigations, hearings and formal meetings
• Ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Confident managing complex ER cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
